The Coulter Street upgrade activated a service-driven laneway into a viable and modern pedestrian link. The project comprised of new paved path and roadways, stormwater and electrical services upgrade, installing CCTV cameras and WiFi hotspots throughout, plus soft landscaping. The artwork installation included bespoke catenary pendant lighting, custom street furniture and interpretive graphics in the ground plane.
